Change, Innovation, & Entrepreneurship

In Peter Senge’s book, The Fifth Discipline, he states, “Don’t push growth; remove the factors limiting growth. Growth, change, innovation, and entrepreneurship comes from the followers” (1990, p.95).  In Rick Warren’s, The Purpose-Driven Church, he contended that we cannot presume to create the wave but we have the power to recognize an existing wave of change. The more skilled we become in riding waves of growth and change, the more God sends (1995).  I believe the basis for change, innovation, and entrepreneurship is in the ability to recognize what is provided and not in the invention of what never was.
